Please Note--Fresh Rhea Eggs for Eating are available now as the rheas started laying eggs in March 2026.

Rhea eggs for hatching--are not available now and should be available in about June through September 2026.

Fresh Ostrich Eggs for eating--are available now as some of our ostrich hens started laying eggs again in November and are currently laying eggs in June 2026. So we now have a good supply of ostrich eggs available until about September or October 2026.

Ostrich Eggs for Hatching--are available now as the regular breeding season began in February 2026.

Fresh Emu Eggs for eating--are not available now as the emu egg laying season will begin again in about October or November 2026.

Emu Eggs for Hatching--are not available now as the egg laying season will begin again in about November 2026.

Please Note--Fresh Ostrich Eggs for Eating are NOT sold by weight. Size is determined by measuring the ostrich egg in circumference around the egg lengthwise. Weight on listing is shipping weight including packaging--not just the weight of the ostrich egg alone.
