Ostrich Egg and Emu Egg for Eating

We select one Fresh Ostrich Egg and one Fresh Emu Egg for cooking and eating.  These fresh eggs are so different and simply amazing.  It is a great sample of the delicious exotic eggs we have produced on our lovely farm in New Mexico USA.

The ivory colored ostrich egg can be emptied and the lovely eggshell displayed.  The dark emerald green emu egg is so unique and the beautiful empty eggshell is great for display.

This is a great combination  of eggs and you will not be disappointed!
